Oh? You want to know what happens after death, huh? Or perhaps you’re already deceased and wish to haunt people? You’ve come to the right place. While there are many mysteries surrounding death, there are some things we DO know when passing away in this village.
What happens upon death?
When you die, you get some limitations for the rest of the game. These are:
a) Your character’s ability stops working. Whatever power you had, is now gone.
b) You can no longer nominate people for execution.
c) You can only vote for execution once more for the duration of the game by haunting them.
What doesn’t happen upon death?
Most importantly, death is not the end. When you die, you still win or lose with your team! Your role doesn’t get revealed to the public. You do not lose the ability to communicate with other players. In fact, it’s very much still encouraged. As most players die by the hand of the Demon, dead players are often found more trustworthy in the eyes of the living. Dead players often become a trusted information center! Make use of this and proactively approach players and ask them to share information with you.
Haunting
Once more during the game, you get to haunt a player. Meaning, you vote for that player one last time before giving up your soul and ascending to the afterlife. If you wish to haunt someone, it is done during the day phase (between 09:00 and 21:00) by filling in the form below.
