Courthouse
Welcome to the Court of Law, for all your Demon trials! Every nominee gets a fair tria…. BHAHAH okay, I couldn’t keep a straight face! A fair trial? We don’t need any of that. Once a nominee gets enough votes, we’ll just kill ‘em! No questions asked.
Nominations and voting
If you’re still alive, you can do two things each day: nominating and voting.
You can nominate one person for execution per day. By nominating someone, you make them eligible for execution. You can vote on any number of people, including even yourself!
You do these things by filling out the voting form at any point during the day phase (between 09:00 and 21:00), found in the Voting Booth. By voting for someone, it means you don’t mind them dying. Don’t forget that your votes will be made public at the end of the day phase, so tread carefully. Dead players can vote one more time in the Graveyard by haunting a player.
For a player to be executed, three conditions need to be met:
a) They need to have been nominated.
b) They need to have received the highest number of votes among nominees. If there is a tie, no one is executed.
c) They need to have received a minimum number of votes. This is equal to half of the alive player count, rounded up. Meaning, if 7 players are still alive, a minimum of 4 votes is required. If 6 players are left alive, a minimum of 3 votes is required.
Once the clock strikes 21:00, the storyteller counts and soon publishes the votes. They announce who is executed that day, and whether or not they die (Some characters can live through execution. For example, the Fool or the Sailor can survive due to their ability, or someone can be protected by the Devil’s Advocate or Pacifist).
